2014:
October 26th - 45 min Barre Burn class at MOD Fitness
October 19th - 8 mile hike at Colorado Bend Park
October 15th - First Barre class at MOD Fitness/1 hour
October 12th - 42 mile bike ride to and from Govalle Park/Trail
August 17th - 50 mins/3 mile walk @ Town Lake loop
August 12th - 50 mins/3 mile walk @ at Town Lake loop
August 9th - Light stretching and LOTS of squats (OUCH!)
August 2nd - 30 mins/6 miles on stationary bike + some squats
July 31st - (2 weeks post op) 50 mins/walked Town Lake 3 mile loop
July 30th - 30 mins/6 miles on stationary bike and 20 mins walking on inclined treadmill
July 29th (12 days post op) - 30 minutes/6 miles on the stationary bike
